A $3 million winning scratch-off ticket was reportedly sold in Northeast Philadelphia yesterday.
A Fox-29 Philly report said the winner was sold at the Sunny Cigarette shop located at 6447 Sackett Street. The lucky ticket was a Snow Bank scratch-off ticket which costs $30. Sunny Cigarettes will reportedly receive $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.
