A driver is reportedly hospitalized with serious injuries this morning, after a SUV hit a tree in Fairmount Park last night.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the accident happened at the intersection of Belmont & Edgely Avenues at around 10:15 p.m. on Sunday night.
Investigators said the driver lost control of the SUV and reportedly crossed the road before crashing into a tree. The driver of the vehicle had to be freed from the wreckage by firefighters.
