An armed suspect reportedly fired his gun at a female clerk during a robbery at a 7-Eleven store in South Philly early this morning.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the incident happened at the 7-Eleven at 11th Street & Washington Avenue at around 2:45 a.m. on Monday night.
Investigators said the suspect entered the store, demanded money, and then fired one shot at the female clerk. The suspect reportedly fled the scene afterward. Investigators said they are unsure if the suspect took any money before fleeing.
The clerk was not physically injured during the incident.
