A 6 ABC Action News report said fentanyl and heroin were found in “Strictly Delta” gummies called Delta 8 THC 600 MG Happy Cubes, that were sold at three Tobacco Hut stores in the county.

The gummies have reportedly caused two overdoses thus far. Fortunately, both victims have recovered. The overdoses led to the investigation that discovered the drugs in two flavors (Juicy Pineapple & Blueberry Lemonade) of the Delta 8 THC 600 MG Happy Cube gummies.

“We don’t know yet whether other items from the stores contain deadly drugs. Testing is ongoing. We also don’t know if this is a widespread issue but we are working with law enforcement at the local state and federal levels to ascertain that”, said District Attorney Kevin Steele.

The three locations the laced gummies were sold were at

-1080 Bethlehem Pike, Hatfield

-728 Bethlehem Pike, Montgomeryville

-1740 Dekalb Pike, Whitpain Township
