Three teenage boys were reportedly injured during a shooting that took place after a reception for a teenager that was stabbed and killed at his high school in St. Paul, Minnesota earlier this month.

A report from CBS News said the incident happened after a reception for 15-year old, Devin Scott, who was stabbed inside of Harding High School by a 16-year old suspect on Feb. 10th, 2023.
Police said shots were fired from a white sedan as the reception attendees were exiting El Rio Vista Recreation Center. The sedan reportedly crashed less than a half mile from the shooting. Two passengers in the car fled on foot. One of the suspects were apprehended after a brief foot pursuit by officers, who were on routine patrol in the area. Police said the captured suspect was a 16-year old, who was caught running from the area in possession of a modified handgun.
Police said they were trying to determine what his role in the shooting was. The victims were taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for what police called “non life-threatening injuries. There was no word given on the second suspect.
