DOUBLE SHOOTING IN KENSINGTON LEAVES 2 HOSPITALIZED

Two men were reportedly left hospitalized after a double shooting in the Kensington section of the city this morning.

A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened on the 600 block of west Tioga Street at around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday morning.

 

 

 

A 38-year old man and a 19-year old male were reportedly struck by gunfire during the shooting. The 38-year old man was shot twice in the right foot. He walked into Temple University Hospital shortly afterward and was last reported to be in critical injury as a result of his wounds. The 19-year old male was shot in the chest. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital by private vehicle where he was last reported to be in critical but stable condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.

 

No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
