A police officer was reportedly shot twice this afternoon in West Philadelphia. The officer was taken to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
A 6 ABC Action News report said the incident happened near the intersection of 60th & Summer Street at around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
