A 17-year old male was reportedly shot five times and killed in the Grays Ferry section of the city tonight.
A CBS-3 Philly report said the incident happened on the 1200 block of South 23rd Street at around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday night.
The teenage victim was reportedly shot in the torso 5-times. He was rushed to Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
