37-year old Brian Kennedy was found guilty of first degree murder in the death of his ex-wife, Stephanie Miller in 2019. A Delaware County jury convicted Kennedy after less than 30-minutes of deliberation.
A report from 6 ABC Action News said Kennedy used an AR-15 to shoot and kill Miller, who he has a child with at a WAWA in Radnor, P.A. in March of 2019.
According to the indictment, Kennedy shot Miller four times inside of a store full of customers. The DA’s Office said Miller had a “protection of abuse order” against Kennedy at the time of her murder.
“It was horrible. One of the most horrible things that people in Radnor have seen in quite a long time. He brought a weapon of war, came in and killed his ex-wife because he was apparently unhappy with her”, said Delaware County DA, Jack Stollsteimer.
A sentencing date for Kennedy has not been released at this time.
