A report from CBS-3 Philly said the incident happened at 12th & Walnut Streets at around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday night.

The 31-year old attempted robbery victim was reportedly riding his bike along Walnut Street when the suspect reportedly approached him brandishing a knife.
