A 6 ABC Action news report said the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon in Prospect Park, P.A. Boyle was already awaiting trial for a charge of indecent exposure and luring a minor child into a car, in Darby Township. That incident happened in March of 2022.

Police said Boyle offered the 11-year old girls money to perform sexual acts on him.

“A community resident saw what was going on, kind of unexpectedly interfered with the conversation, which led to the person driving off. Through surveillance, we were able to obtain a partial license plate and that was then checked through license plate readers in our area and we came up with a suspect. We were able to pinpoint who our suspect was”, said Prospect Park Police Chief, Dave Madonna.

Boyle was reportedly taken into custody right before school was let out on Thursday afternoon. Boyle is currently being held at the George Hill Correctional Facility with a $250,000 bail. The date of Boyle’s next court appearance was not reported.
