An argument reportedly led to a shooting outside of a restaurant in University City near the University Of Penn campus earlier this week.

A Fox-29 Philly report said the incident happened outside of the Bonchon Restaurant located on the 3800 block of Chestnut Street at around 11 p.m. on Tuesday night.

A 51-year old, unidentified male, was reportedly shot once in the foot. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. Police said the motive for the shooting stemmed from an argument between two individuals or parties. They did not elaborate any further.

No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
