An unidentified 50-year old man was reportedly struck and killed during a hit-and-run in the Kensington section of the city last night. A 6 ABC Action News report said the incident happened on the corner of Kensington & Lehigh Avenues at around 1 a.m. on Saturday morning.
The victim was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries shortly after arriving.
No arrests have been made at the moment, but police said they are looking for a Dodge Charger in connection to the deadly hit-and-run. The car is reported to have front end damage due to the crash. Car parts from the Challenger were recovered at the scene by police.
