56-year old, former Philadelphia Police Officer, William Watts Sr. was sentenced to 70 months (5yrs 10 mos.) in prison for child pornography charges in federal court yesterday. A 6 ABC Action News report said Watts was sentenced by United States District Judge, Joel H. Slomsky, after pleading guilty to charges of receiving and possessing child pornography.
Watts was also ordered by the judge to pay $12,000 in restitution and serve five years of supervised release after he completes his prison sentence.
