An unidentified victim believed to be in his mid to late 20’s, was shot 5-times outside of a Wendy’s Fast Food Restaurant in the Germantown section of the city last night. A 6 ABC Action News said the incident happened at Wayne & Maplewood Avenues at around 11:45 p.m. on Thursday.

First responding police officers to the scene found the victim lying on the sidewalk. Police said the victim was walking on the sidewalk in front of the Wendy’s when someone shot him at least 5 times. He was rushed to Einstein Medical Center by police, where he was last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
