PHILADELPHIA MAN GETS 15-30 YEARS IN PRISON FOR ROLE IN GUN-TRAFFICKING RING

22-year old, Aaron Walker, from Philadelphia, P.A. was sentenced to 15-30 years in prison for his role in a gun trafficking organization that resold guns purchased through straw purchases, in three counties. A report from The Times Herald said Walker pleaded guilty to charges of corrupt organizations, illegal sale or transfer of firearms, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, and and criminal use of a communication facility.

Walker was one of three co-defendants charged in the case, the others were, 25-year old, Nasim Smalls, from Philadelphia, P.A. He was sentenced to 6-20 years in state prison for his role in the organization. And 26-year old, Tyrone Gresham, from Philadelphia, who is currently awaiting sentencing for his role in the organization.

The three had been accused of illegally obtaining and reselling 37-firearms in three different counties in P.A.
