A man was reportedly shot in the neck in the Tioga section of the city early this morning. A Fox-29 Philly report said the shooting happened inside of the Erie Discount Plus on the 3700 block of North Broad Street at around 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
A 47-year old man was reportedly shot in the neck one time. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
