3 PLEAD GUILTY TO NORRISTOWN SHOOTING THAT LEFT INNOCENT MAN DEAD

21-year old Tymere Parker, 20-year old, Savian Creary, and 20-year old, Kevon Clarke all pleaded guilty to third degree murder charges in the death of 25-year old Edilberto Pelaez Moctezuma. A KYW-News Radio report said the shooting that led to the death of Moctezuma happened near Arch & Basin Streets in Norristown on Thanksgiving day of 2021.

According to prosecutors, Creary and Parker stood outside of Clarke’s house waiting for him to exit. When he did, the pair opened fire. Clarke returned fire. One of the bullets from Clarke’s gun hit Moctezuma in the back after going through a window.

Clarke was sentenced to 20-40 years in prison for his role in the shootout and death of Mr. Moctezuma. Creary and Parker plead guilty to conspiracy to commit murder. They were both sentenced to 25-50 years in prison.
