A 33-year old business owner was reportedly pistol-whipped, handcuffed, and robbed in the driveway of his Frankford home early this morning. A CBS-3 Philly report said the incident happened as the business owner was pulling into the driveway of his home on Ditman & Haworth Streets on Wednesday morning.

The business owner was reportedly approached by three armed men wearing masks as he exited his vehicle. The robbers demanded money before handcuffing the victim. He handed the suspects a briefcase containing $60,000 that was sitting in the car. The suspects fled after getting the cash. The victim ran several blocks to a friends house where he notified the authorities. He was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition.
