Two people have been confirmed dead after a house fire in North Philadelphia last night. A CBS-3 Philly report said the fire broke out at around 10 p.m. inside of a home on the 3100 block of North Croskey Street on Monday night.

An unidentified woman and man were reportedly found dead on the second floor of the home. Police said three people jumped from windows to escape the flames. Two of the victims who jumped from the window were taken to the hospital and last reported to be in stable condition. The third person who jumped from the window did not require medical attention.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
