A 42-year old man was reportedly shot in North Philadelphia this morning. A report from CBS-3 Philly said the shooting happened at 17th & Cecil B. Moore Avenue at around 10 a.m. on Monday morning.
The victim was shot in the stomach. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was last reported to be in critical condition. Police believe the victim may have been arguing with another person right before the shooting.
No arrests have been made at this time.
