Police investigators said a passenger allegedly reached his arm out of the window of a moving vehicle and fired 14-shots at the victims before fleeing.

“It’s a drive-by shooting. This was an intentional act, and that vehicle and or the victims in that vehicle were definitely targeted”, Police Captain Anthony Ginaldi said of the drive-by shooting.

A 24-year old man who was parked at the gas pump was shot one time in the back. He was rushed to the hospital. His current condition was not made available to the public at this time. A 21-year old female passenger in the car was injured by shattered glass from the car’s windows. A 25-year old passenger was not injured. Police say surveillance cameras captured the entire incident. Police did not give any word on a possible motive for the shooting.

No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
