A man reported to be “in his 40’s” was shot in South Philadelphia overnight. A 6 ABC Action News report said the incident happened at 9th & Mckean Streets some time after midnight on Saturday morning.
The victim was reportedly shot once in the stomach. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. There was no word given on a possible motive for the shooting.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
