Seven men from Ohio and Pennsylvania have been charged in a drug trafficking conspiracy that alleged that the defendants possessed and intended to deliver multiple controlled substances including Fentanyl. According to a report from The Free Press, the indictment against the defendants was returned on October 11th & 12th. The indictment came by way of a grand jury in Pittsburgh.

The defendants were listed as 28-year old Eliot Gentry, 19-year old, William McCree, and 28-year old, Teqwan Scott, all three from Youngstown, Ohio. Also included in the indictment: 32-year old, Donald Jeter, 31-year old, Donald Snowden, and 36-year old, Kailin Stewart, all from New Castle, P.A. The 7th defendant, 26-year old, Daivahn Brown, is from Boardman, Ohio.
The defendants were charged with Conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute at least; 100 grams of fluorofentanyl, five kilograms of cocaine, 28 grams of cocaine base (crack), and an undisclosed amount of methamphetamine. The defendants are alleged to have committed these acts from May 2021 to October 2022, according to the indictment.
The defendants are facing life in prison if found guilty on all charges. The next court date was not reported.
