An unidentified 25-year old woman was found unresponsive in the basement of a home in Philadelphia yesterday. A 6 ABC Action News report said the victim was found by police inside of a home on the 2000 block of Napfle Avenue at around 11:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
First arriving police at the scene said the victim was suffering from three gunshot wounds when they found her. She was rushed to the hospital where she died a short time later. Investigators did not reveal a motive for the shooting at this time.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time. Police said an investigation is ongoing.
