A 19-year old male was reportedly shot and killed in the North Philly section this afternoon. A 6 ABC Action News report said the incident happened on the 600 block of North 13th Street at around 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
First responding police officers reported locating the 19-year old victim at the scene. He was suffering from 21 gunshot wounds. The officers rushed the victim to Jefferson University Hospital where he died. No word on a motive for the shooting has been released.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
