A Jeep Cherokee that was being driven by 29-year old, Victor A. Magana, from Washington State, was pulled over on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Westmoreland County on Thursday. According to a report from the Tribune Review, State Troopers pulled the SUV over at around 11 a.m. for a window tint violation. According to court papers, troopers called in the search dogs after the driver refused to allow Troopers to search the vehicle, which was enough suspicion for the Troopers.
