FBI Agents, along with the Bensalem Special Investigations Unit, and members of the Bucks/Montgomery County Safe Street Task Force, conducted a simultaneous raid on two locations last week. A report from the Lower Bucks Times said the raid was the result of a three month investigation by the agencies.
Surveillance of a hotel in Bensalem led to the arrests of 30-year old, Korey Mancera, and 26-year old Veronica Wheeler were arrested at the hotel. They were both charged with the manufacture and selling of a controlled substance, along with multiple other related charges. 4 kilos of Fentanyl worth an estimated $1.3 million, were seized from the pair during the arrests.
While that was taking place, police conducted surveillance of store’s parking lot in Bensalem. 29-year old, Jonathan Vasquez, and 26-year old Angel Molina (both from Philly) were arrested and taken into police custody. After taking the pair into custody, police performed yet another raid. This time on the 3200 block of Hurley Street in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. Police seized 332 grams of crack cocaine, 375 grams of Hydro, 454 grams of cocaine, 175 grams of heroin/Fentanyl, 252 grams of Methamphetamine, 89 Xanax pills, $37,000 cash, 1 assault rifle, and four handguns.
Vasquez and Molina were both charged with the manufacture and sale or delivery of a controlled substance. The pair were arraigned and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $1 million bail.
