A UPS delivery driver was shot in the Hunting Park section of the city this afternoon. The 38-year old UPS employee, was reportedly returning home from a work shift when the shots broke out in the early morning hours, yesterday. A 6 ABC Action News report said the incident happened on the 4200 block of North 7th Street, in the Hunting Park section of the city at around 5 a.m. Saturday morning.
The 38-year old victim was rushed to the hospital where he was last reported to be in critical condition. Police did not give any word on a possible motive for the early morning shooting.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
