A homeless man reportedly stabbed a 15-year old in the neck in Center City last night. A report from CBS-3 Philadelphia, said the incident happened near 15th Street & JFK Boulevard at around 8 p.m. on Tuesday night.

According to the police report, a group of teens began throwing things at the homeless man. The man told police he stabbed the teen in self-defense.
The 15-year old was rushed to a nearby hospital. He was last reported to be in stable condition.
No charges have been filed at this time.
