FIRE IN GERMANTOWN APARTMENT BUILDING LEAVES 1 HOSPITALIZED

A blaze that broke out at an apartment building in the Germantown section of the city last night, reportedly sent one person to the hospital. FOX-29 Philly reported, that the fire started on a 2nd floor apartment at the Manor Apartments on on Morris Street at around 11 p.m. on Saturday night.

According to fire officials, an “all hands” call was made after first responding firefighters arrived. The crews had the fire contained in under 15-minute. The extent of the damage done to the building during the blaze remains unknown.

One person was transported to Einstein Hospital. The extent of the injured person’s injuries and current condition are unknown at this time.
