25-year old, Quadera Parrish, turned herself in to police on Friday afternoon. According to a 6 ABC Action News report, Parrish is accused of being the driver behind the wheel of the grey Tesla that reportedly hit and killed 21-year old, Dia Lee, on Germantown Avenue & Coulter Street on Monday evening (6/20), at around 7 p.m.
The heavily damaged Tesla was recovered by police on Wednesday. Parrish, accompanied by her attorney, turned herself in to police on Friday afternoon.
Parrish has been charged with homicide by vehicle, accident involving death, involuntary manslaughter, and other charges, according to the 6 Action News report.
