A man was reportedly shot and killed in South Philadelphia last night. Police said they found the victim shot inside of a rental SUV. A report from CBS-3 Philly said, the vehicle was sitting at the intersection of 4th Street & Oregon Avenue shortly before midnight on Tuesday, when police found the vehicle.
The victim was reportedly hit in the neck at least one time. Investigators believe the man was shot while traveling along 6th & Ritner Streets. The victim was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. Police have not released any information on a motive for the shooting at this time.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
