Someone in Philly is $1 million richer this morning, after winning $1 million on a Pennsylvania lottery scratch-off ticket sold in South Philly. According to the Daily Voice, the winning scratch-off ticket was from the $20 Power Payday scratch-off game.
The winning ticket was sold at Front Page News on the 1800 block of West Oregon Avenue on Tuesday June, 7, according to P.A. Lottery officials.
The retailer will reportedly receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
