COUPLE ARRESTED AFTER GOING ON MULTI-STATE CRIME SPREE

40-year old, Brian Woy, of Johnstown, and 43-year old, Darcy Stanton, of Seward, were arrested after police allege that the pair went on a multi-state crime spree in Pennsylvania and Maryland, while driving a stolen truck. A report from WTAJ said, that police got on the trail of the pair on March 20th, after being pulled over for a traffic stop by state police in Somerset, P.A.

Police received a report of the theft of gasoline, a license plates, and damage to property. The suspects were reported to be 1 male and one female traveling in a black Dodge pickup truck.

After pulling over the pair, police ran their identities and discovered that the two were wanted for going on a crime spree in Maryland and Philly, stealing gas, clothes, and food in Pennsylvania and Maryland as well. The pair reportedly kept driving the stolen pickup as they traveled from place to place, but frequently stole license plates from other vehicles, and placed it on the stolen vehicle they were driving.

After a brief pursuit by U.S. Marshals and Maryland State Police, the pair were taken into custody in Maryland.
