A man is dead after being shot multiple times in West Philadelphia early this morning. A report from 6 ABC Action News said, the incident happened at North 50th Street near Hoopes Street shortly before 7 a.m. on Saturday night.
There were reportedly over 20-shots fired at the scene. The victim was rushed to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital by police, where he died a short time later. Police said the victim was carrying a gun in his waistband at the time he was shot.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
