Prosecutors reportedly made the argument that Gunna is a “shot caller” in the YSL Gang. According to prosecutors, YSL is responsible for fifty (50) murders. Prosecutors also argued that his top-level position in the gang gives him the ability to “command the troops to commit violence on demand”.

Gunna has plead not guilty to all of the activities alleged in R.I.C.O indictment. Young Thug was also reportedly scheduled to appear before a judge today. His hearing was postponed and rescheduled for another day.
