A 47-year old man was reportedly robbed by a woman he invited back to his house and her accomplice. According to The Philadelphia Daily News, the incident happened at the victim’s apartment in Sheridan Square at around 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
Police said they have surveillance video showing the victim and a woman entering the building at 2:15 a.m. Fifteen minutes later, another woman showed up at the building. She was later identified as the first woman’s friend.
At 4 a.m. the woman can be seen on the video leaving the building with the victim’s valuables in their hands. His ATM card and a six pack of beer. The women quickly transferred $6700 from his account to theirs, according to police.
The victim told police that he believes he was drugged. He admits to being extremely drunk also. The victim also says that even though he was inebriated, he could see the women wiping the place down as they attempted to get rid of any fingerprints they may have left behind.
Police said they have released surveillance images of the suspects to the public, as they attempt to track the women down.
