21 INJURED AFTER SHOOTING AT GAME-6 “GATHERING” IN MILWAUKEE

21-people were reportedly injured in Milwaukee on Friday night in three separate shootings in the downtown area, just blocks away from where the home team Bucks were playing Game-6 of their Eastern Conference Semi-finals series against the Boston Celtics. An Associated Press report said, the shootings caused Milwaukee Mayor, Cavalier Johnson, to impose a curfew requiring everyone under 20-years off age to be off the street by 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Even though Sunday’s Bucks/Celtics game will be in Boston.

Three people were reportedly injured in the first shooting that took place in the Deer District at around 9:10 p.m. One man is reportedly in police custody.

One person was reported shot near the first location at around 10:30 p.m. No arrests were made in that shooting.

Seventeen people were injured in the final shooting that took place at around 11:09 p.m. Five of the injured were reportedly armed. They were taken into custody along with five others who were suspected in the shooting. In that shooting, two groups of men exchanged gunfire on the streets of Downtown Milwaukee.

Milwaukee has reportedly canceled the game-7 Downtown watch party that was scheduled for Sunday’s game-7 matchup, due to the excessive violence in the area.
