RAPPER CASANOVA PLEADS GUILTY IN FEDERAL RACKETEERING CASE

35-year old, Caswell Senior, A.K.A “Casanova“, pleaded guilty to charges in a gang-related federal racketeering case that accused him of playing a “leadership role” in the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang. An ABC News report said Casanova admitted to participating in offenses, including robbery and conspiring to traffic marijuana, according to prosecutors.

“The defendant now stands convicted of playing a leadership role in Gorilla Stone, a particularly violent Bloods gang that operates throughout New York and across the country” said Manhattan U.S. Attorney, Damian Williams, in a statement on Wednesday.

Casanova is facing a mandatory minimum 5- 60 years in prison when he is sentenced on December 6th. Prosecutors reportedly hinted at asking for much higher than the minimum prison sentence, when Casanova goes back before the sentencing judge in December.
