One particular incident in the indictment, alleges that the two carjacked two victims at gunpoint in the Lawncrest section of the city, on December 19, 2021. The pair are alleged to have carjacked two more victims at gunpoint in the Germantown section of the city, 20-minutes later. About 6-hours after that incident, the indictment goes on to allege that the pair used a “ghost gun” to carjack another victim on Baltimore Pike, in Springfield Township.
