Philadelphia Police said they are investigating a broad daylight shooting in Center City yesterday. A report from Fox-29 Philly, said the incident happened at around 5 p.m. in the area of 12th & Vine Streets on Friday evening.
Officers dispatched to the scene, reported finding a trail of blood when they arrived at the location. Police said they followed the trail of blood for two blocks, before they found the victim. He was suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm. He was taken to Jefferson University hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
