Police in Newark, New Jersey said they have arrested 31-year old Mohamar A. Ruiz, and charged him with the vicious assault of an employee at the Golden Wings Fish & Chips Restaurant in Newark, N.J. on Feb. 20th.
A report from 6 ABC ACTION NEWS said, the incident began when the employee asked Ruiz to go to the back of the line after witnessing him cut the line in front of the other customers. After being asked to go to the back of the line, Ruiz allegedly pulled the woman’s hair, choked her with his arm, and slammed her to the floor while shouting “this is my fu**ing hood!”
The woman was left with a loss of sight in her swollen right eye, injuries to her ribs, and a cut on her upper lip. Ruiz was charged with aggravated assault.
