Upper Darby Police said a man was left dead, after what they described as “an apparent road rage incident” on Friday morning in Upper Darby. According to a report from FOX PHILLY-29 said the incident began on the 600 block of Lansdowne Avenue & Winding Way, at around 8 a.m. on Friday morning.

A 56-year old man was reportedly found unconscious behind the wheel of a vehicle at the scene. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Law enforcement is reported to have ” pretty good video” of the entire incident, from nearby security cameras.

No description of a suspect(s) has been released and no arrests have been made so far.
