Police in Philadelphia said they are investigating, after the body of a woman was found on the side of a road in the Kensington section of the city last night. A report from 6 ABC ACTION NEWS said the deceased woman was found on the 300 block of East Tusculum Street at around 3:30 a.m on Saturday morning.
According to authorities, a surveillance camera in the area captured a red car parallel park, before someone quickly opened and closed the car’s passenger door from inside the car. The car then pulled away. Police said the video showed someone push the deceased victim from the vehicle and then flee the scene.
The vehicle was reportedly last seen heading in the direction of Kensington Avenue. Police believe the car may have been a Nissan. No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made so far.
