Philadelphia Police say a man was shot and killed in West Philadelphia this morning. A report from CBS-3 PHILLY said the shooting happened around 10:15 a.m. on Friday morning, on the 6200 block of Chestnut Street.

A 26-year old man was reportedly shot six times throughout his body. The man was pronounced dead at 10:34 p.m. at Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center, according to “officials.”
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
