Philadelphia Police say they are searching for the tow-truck driver who shot a 3-year old in a Jiffy Lube parking lot early on Sunday morning. 6 ABC ACTION NEWS reported that the incident happened on the 3600 block of Aramingo Avenue, in the Port Richmond section of the city at around 12:15 a.m.

Police say the whole incident began when two, tow-truck drivers got into an argument. The argument quickly escalated into a fight. The fight ended when one man pulled out a gun and started firing shots at the other. One of the bullets struck the 3-year old, who was sitting inside of the truck of the driver who was being shot at. Police say the tow-truck driver rushed the child to Episcopal Hospital, before the child was transferred to St. Christopher’s Hospital. The child was last reported to be in stable condition.

The driver of the other tow-truck (shooter), jumped back in his truck and fled the scene after firing off multiple shots. Police say they are in possession of surveillance video from Jiffy Lube, that they say may have captured the entirety, or part of the incident. No arrests have been made so far.
