Two men suspected in the murder of Rapper Young Dolph, have been arrested and charged with murdering Dolph, who was shot and killed in broad daylight while he was buying cookies from a local shop. TMZ reported that 23-year old, Justin Johnson, was apprehended in Indiana by U.S. Marshals on January 11th.

A manhunt was underway for Johnson after he failed to turn himself in to police on Monday, per an agreement made by Johnson and his lawyer. Johnson decided to release a new music video under his rap name “Straight Drop.” Johnson is facing charges of first-degree murder and theft of property between $10,000 – $60,000.

32-year old, Cornelius Smith was also arrested for the murder of Young Dolph. He was arrested on the same day as Johnson. Smith and Johnson were allegedly the two gunmen who pulled up to Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies in Memphis, driving a white Mercedes Benz, back in November. The two men then allegedly went up to the window and opened fire, killing Dolph. Memphis Police found the getaway car in the Orange Mound neighborhood in Southeast Memphis, three days after the shooting.
