PPHILADELPHIA, P.A.

Police say two men were shot multiple times in the Point Breeze section of Philadelphia, on Friday afternoon. A report from FOX-29 PHILLY said one of the shooting victims died from the gunfire, and the other victim was sent to the hospital in critical condition.

The shooting reportedly took place at around 2:30 p.m., on the 1700 block of Point Breeze Avenue. Police say a 29-year old male was shot multiple times throughout the upper body. He was rushed to Methodist Hospital. He was listed in critical condition upon arrival, but he eventually succumbed to his injuries. He was pronounced dead at around 4:30 p.m.

The second victim of the shooting, a 39-year old male, was shot in the back two times. He was rushed to Presbyterian Hospital by private vehicle. He was last listed in critical condition. So far no weapons have been recovered, and no arrests have been made.
