PHILADELPHIA, P.A.
Police say a pizza delivery driver suffered a graze wound to the face, after being robbed on Monday Night. A report from 6 ABC PHILLY, said the incident took place on the 500 block of east Westmoreland Street, in the Kensington section of the city.

Police say the 27-year old, deliverywoman was making a pre-paid delivery to a home, when she was approached by two men. The men announced that this was a “robbery.” The suspects proceeded to search the victim’s vehicle for money, according to police reports. After not finding any money in the car, one of the suspects tried to take the deliverywoman’s fanny-pack. That was when a struggle ensued.
“They began striking her in the head and face with their weapons. And then at least one shot was fired, striking her in the face. But she’s grazed, so she’s very lucky to have just a graze wound to her face.”
Said Philadelphia Chief Inspector, Scott Small. The deliverywoman was hospitalized and is expected to survive. No arrests have been made yet.
